|Recommended: NoIt is very nice but I am not taken care of — I would tell them that I have enjoyed living here but I would not recommend this place to anyone. I have just made my 4th rent payment on the 1st day of the month. I have put a maintenance request 4 times to have my refrigerator fixed. They come out but so far after all this time I have not received a bottom drawer and a shelf above it installed. I pay my rent on time and I am not problem so it seem like they would take care of me so I would stay past my 1 year lease.
|Recommended: YesGood community — I've lived here since February this year and have enjoyed it since. The assigned parking space is very helpful, however I wish the laundry mat had more washers and dryers. The grounds are maintained once a week, which is great. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and convenient location.
|Recommended: YesIt is a nice semi-guiet neighborhood. — a small community and close to schools, groceries, shopping, freeways, emergencies' departments, And polce.
